The rampant corona virus is causing stagnation and insecurity for both individuals and businesses. We would therefore like to give you a few details on how we are dealing with the situation. But first things first: our offices, sales and production facilities are still active. We are here for you! Under the given circumstances, service and support orders will continue to be carried out and spare parts delivered.

Of course, the situation does not leave us unaffected. In times when the only certainty is the uncertainty, market conditions can change every day. That is why we observe events with even greater vigilance than usual and work in compliance with a diverse catalogue of measures with the aim of being able to offer you the usual service even in this exceptional situation.

Our catalogue of measures includes:

• For components that we do not produce ourselves, we have secured or expanded delivery channels in recent weeks and stocked up on some parts.
• We are implementing a whole catalogue of hygiene measures in our production.
• Distances between employees are increased everywhere as much as possible.
• Typical contact points are regularly disinfected.
• Part of the workforce works in the home office.
• Meetings, especially with external persons, are usually held electronically.
• Staff are explicitly instructed to stay at home, quarantine themselves and seek medical assistance if they come into contact with sick people or if they feel symptoms themselves.

We are glad that our production is currently running without any restrictions. But unfortunately, just like everyone, we do not have full control over all factors. Therefore we would like to ask you for your understanding should there still be a bottleneck in the coming weeks. However, we remain confident and are tackling one day at a time.
